This summer I got an EMBO short-term fellowship to join for some weeks the laboratory of Professor Itzhak Ohad at The Alexander Silberman Institute of Life Sciences, Jerusalem, to work on

Phosphorylation of reconstituted light-harvesting chlorophyll a/b complex (LHCII) by highly enriched thylakoid kinase

In 1996 I started, supported by a fellowship of the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) until 1998, work on phosphorylation of recombinant light-harvesting complex in the laboratory of Prof. Dr. H. Paulsen at the Institut fuer Allgemeine Botanik, Universitaet Mainz.

From November 1997 until March 1998 I have been as part of my DFG fellowship at Plant Cell Biology, Lund, to investigate the

phosphorylation of recombinant LHCII catalyzed by photosystem II core complexes

Now I am looking forward to what will happen in 1998.

I enjoyed the time at Plant Cell Biology.
